Multi-survey program and cached source eligibility

This packet updates the accepted research plan and documents data readiness. It contains no new scientific detector result, fitted model or confirmed birth. All 19,328 requested clump identities and unknown states are retained in sources.csv.gz. Presence is not usable coverage, membership or nondetection.

source-inventory.csv binds every exported source file to its full bytes and research revision a1c389e90dde1aeb7539bc314ffa21963f551dbe. The compact inventory is not a backup of raw observations. Markdown reports are exact downloads and retain their original repository-relative references; the blog links the public packet explicitly. They were not rewritten to impersonate original evidence.

The primary audit completed. The original checker stopped during import before reading data; its log and resource receipt are preserved. A separately frozen standard-library checker verified all rows, query geometry and complete hashes. This is independent implementation replay, not independent physical truth.

The 333/800 matched-control gate remains failed and its occurrence readout unopened. Previous chemistry/core checks are consumed proxies. No new stars, physical hidden fraction, lifetimes or births are established.
