Exact fitted-output snapshot
12 October 2026. The verified comparison is recorded at 07e95b35; its frozen
protocol/implementations are 8b9decb2. The generic NPZ ignore rule excluded the
seven small derived feature/model/prediction files from that first result commit.
Seven exact-path exceptions now retain those files in the next additive snapshot. They total 3,088,940 bytes, match every complete SHA-256/size in the already committed final checkpoint and remain within the 16 MiB research output cap. These are compact fitted results needed for direct rollback and numerical reproduction; original survey observations, archive arrays, caches and bulk migrations stay excluded. No generic unignore, history rewrite, input deletion, model rerun, scientific change or new publication occurs.
The result remains no retrospective gain demonstrated, with 14/27 chemistry positives recovered by the embedding versus 15/27 by the nonlinear baseline at the same 18 reviews. All proxy/outcome caveats and unknowns remain unchanged.
